Terms & Conditions

a) Unless otherwise stated all orders are subject to a 10% over or under run. If exact quantities are required additional charges may apply.

b) Payment – Net 30 days for approved accounts otherwise Pro-forma.

c) We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts @ 2% per month above HSBC Bank base rate.

d) All prices are subject to VAT at current rate.  (Export not applicable.)

e) All prices are ex-works and carriage will be charged extra.

f) Goods remain the property of until paid for in full.

g) All prices quoted are in £’s Sterling.

h) Whilst every effort will be made to hold prices until 31 December 2011, prices are subject to change without notice.

 General Notes

a) Orders - All orders must be received in writing; verbal orders cannot be accepted.

b) Artwork – Electronic artwork must be supplied otherwise charges will apply. Artwork can be accepted in eps, pdf or cdr format.
Where text is required fonts should be converted to curves.

c) Colour Matching - Where Pantone® or special colours are required these will be matched as closely as printing processes allow.

d) Print Proofs – A faxed or emailed print proof can be supplied free of charge. If printed products are required as proofs, charges will apply.  Please call for details.

e) Samples – Samples supplied are NON-returnable.  However where the value of a sample request is less than £3.00 these will be supplied free of charge.

f) Delivery – We will always endeavour to meet our customers reasonable delivery requirements. However, if you have a particularly short lead time, please call us to discuss before accepting an order from your client.

g) Origination – Initial order only. We do not charge for repeat set ups.
However, if not used for 3 years, screens or plates will be destroyed.
